Now that Irving's party has a base at Marrowhold, they begin to plan their first invasion into Delian territory. Irene introduces the party to Aelia Van'Realtier, the younger sister of Tiana Van'Realtier. Due to Aelia's worry for her sister, she tells the party of a way to break into the Dervin prison and rescue fellow rebels against the Delian army. Using a shipment of Ignesium, the party would be able to blow open the doors to the prison, and escape using hidden hatches that Aelia found around the prison. After telling them the plan, Aelia requests for the party not to kill her sister, and instead escape before she comes after them.
One of the prisoners the party happened to rescue was the deserter, Alexa, and one of her new recruits, Rose. After they escape, Alexa pledges the loyalty of her crew to Irving's group (with a little persuasion from Cia).
