Neullais is in the Eastern portion of Etlan, and has a swampy, rivery landscape.
Culture
Neullais has a strict intolerance for adepts, and excels in witch hunting and using witch hunters. Any adepts that are revealed must undergo a "purification ritual", which few survive.
