Stat | Effect |

Defense (DEF) | Decreases damage taken from physical attacks |

Fortitude (FOR) | Decreases damage taken from magical attacks |
Hit Points (HP) | Increases the amount of damage a unit can take before dying and receiving a Grave Wound. HP is guaranteed to increase by 1 every level up, and rolls for a second point. |

Magic (MAG) | Increases damage for magic attacks |
Mastery (MAS) | Increases Advantage Rating |
